How to Check Your Monitor Warranty in Pakistan (Serial-Number Lookup)
Every monitor Tech Global distributes in Pakistan carries an official local warranty — Koorui monitors include 36 months of coverage. You can check your warranty status online in under a minute using the serial number on the back of your monitor.
The short answer
Go to techglobal.com.pk/warranty, type the serial number printed on your monitor, and select Check Status. The tool tells you instantly whether the warranty is active, when it expires, and whether any claims are on record. It works for every product Tech Global distributes — including Koorui monitors, which carry a 36-month official warranty in Pakistan.
Where to find your serial number
The serial number is on a sticker on the back of the monitor, and usually on the original box as well. It is a mix of letters and digits — enter it exactly as printed.
What the result tells you
An active result shows the product name, warranty length, and the start and expiry dates, plus any warranty claim history for that unit. If the record has no sale date yet, coverage is counted from one month after your purchase date — keep the original receipt as proof.
If your warranty is active and the product has a fault
You can claim through the shop you purchased from, or directly with Tech Global. Have the original receipt ready (it is mandatory), along with a short video showing the fault. For dead-on-arrival or physical-damage claims, an unboxing video makes approval much smoother. Repairs are attempted first; if a repair is not possible the unit is replaced, and if the exact model is discontinued you may be offered a similar product from the same brand or compensation.
