How to Claim Warranty

1. Check Eligibility
Start by entering your product's Serial Number in the form above to verify if your warranty is still active before expiry.
2. Choose Method

You can claim through the shop you purchased from.

To claim directly with Tech Global, you must ship the product to us at your own expense.

3. Documentation
  • Original receipt is mandatory.
  • Video evidence of the fault is required.
  • Unboxing video is advised for DOA/Physical damage claims.
Resolution & Exceptions

We will attempt to repair the product first. If repair is not possible, it will be replaced. If the exact model is discontinued or out of stock, we may offer a similar product from the same brand or provide cash compensation.

Exclusions: User-induced damage, physical damage, or issues caused by improper use are not covered under warranty. Please refer to the full terms PDF for each brand for detailed coverage information.

Expired Warranty Policy: If your warranty expired less than 3 months ago, we may honor the claim on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse service for expired products.
