Who we are
Tech Global ("we", "us") is a business-to-business technology hardware distributor based in Karachi, Pakistan. This website presents the products we distribute, the authorized retailers that carry them, and warranty information. We do not sell products or take payments on this website.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject, and message. Submissions are stored in our database and delivered to our sales team by email.
- Warranty lookup. When you check a warranty we process the serial number you enter to find the matching warranty record. Lookups are rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse. We record the outcome of lookups (found / not found) for analytics — not the serial number itself.
- Usage analytics. We use analytics and advertising-measurement tools to understand how the site is used — pages visited, links clicked (including which retailer links you follow), approximate location, device and browser information, IP address, and cookie identifiers.
How we use information
- Responding to sales, partnership, and support inquiries.
- Providing warranty status and honoring warranty claims.
- Understanding which products and retailers visitors are interested in, to improve the site and our distribution.
- Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers that operate this website on our behalf — hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement — each under its own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
- Major advertising and analytics platforms offer their own opt-out controls for personalized ads in your account settings.
- To access or delete a contact submission you made, email sales@techglobal.com.pk from the address you used and we will handle it within a reasonable time.
Data retention
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain business records. Warranty records are kept for the life of the product warranty and any claim history. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's policy.
Children
This site is intended for business buyers and adult consumers researching PC hardware. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
